Our name is our main focus: perpetuating our clients' customers, making them "Clients for Life". Implementing one of our Continuity Programs will help you retain your customers, convert them into clients, and entice them to come back to you for more business, and refer others to you.

Since 1973 Continuity Programs, International (CPI) has been setting industry standards in the design and implementation of customer loyalty and relationship-building marketing programs. In 1986, CPI ventured into the Canadian market and in 2007 Continuity Programs Australia (CPA) was launched.

CPA serves a variety of industries, including mortgage, real estate, banking, credit union, insurance, financial planning, and automotive.

With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS), the company's directors Raz Chorev and Geoffrey Ellison, strive to help their clients grow and develop their businesses.

Raz Chorev

Raz Chorev (CEO) brings to his clients a wealth of practical sales, business development and marketing knowledge, and his warm, friendly and caring approach, will make anyone feel at ease at his presence.

After graduating business school (majoring in marketing), Raz held several sales and BDM positions, including Coca Cola (BDM), Pure Water Systems (direct sales rep) and Windowline (Sales consultant). During the last 10 years, he was introduced to all facets of sales, business development, and lead generation.

Raz is a Student of his Profession and is a firm believer in continuous learning, and will happily share his first-hand knowledge and experience. Raz maintains a blog here.

Geoffrey Ellison (COO) has 20 years of CRM and database development experience. Some of his previous work includes Volvo, Peugeot, St. George Bank, Brita, Pfizer, Orange, Quicken, Motorola and Samsung - to name a few.

Geoff's attention to detail, and "Can Do" approach, will welcome any solution which will benefit our clients. Even with such a technical background, Geoff has an entrepeneurial spirit, and his first-hand knowledge of business practices (from small businesses right up to Fortune 500 companies) keep him focused on what works.

He'll strive to make full use of all our abilities to help enhance our clients' businesses... to keep our clients not merely satisfied, but extremely happy.
