The Realty Connections Program
The Realty Connections Program is a personalized communication and relationship building program that is designed to increase the percentage of your repeat and referral customers. The Connections Program strengthens your relationships and generates leads by maintaining a steady stream of two-way communication between you and your customers. This communication begins with the Thank You Package to your customer, and continues with 5 Greeting Cards, 3 Marketing Surveys, a Personalized Letter and 6 to 12 KipKards. Two-way communication is established through the postage-paid response items, such as the Customer Response Card in the Greeting Cards and KipKards. Through this communication your customers become an invaluable source of information regarding their current and future plans, and those of their family and friends. CPA's state-of-the-art Report of Mailing/Customer of Interest Report captures all this valuable information and reports it back to you. Each month you will be notified of the communications that were sent to your customers and any responses your customers provided.
CPA offers you a variety of programs, ranging from 16 to 22 mailings over the course of 5 years. All mailings have a postage-paid reply item with a personalized message.
